Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyAIQA (the “Service”), a product of LogicTree, Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MyAIQA is an automated quality-assurance tool. You provide a website or application URL, and the Service autonomously navigates it, generates and runs tests, and produces reports on bugs and issues.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Authorization to test — your responsibility
This is important. You represent and warrant that, for every site, application, or account you submit, you own it or have explicit authorization from the owner to test it.
- You must not submit any site or system you do not own or are not clearly authorized to test.
- By default, MyAIQA performs thorough (aggressive) testing, which may submit forms and create, modify, or delete data; change settings or passwords; request API keys; make purchases; and probe access controls (including trying alternate record identifiers). You can limit this by enabling Safe mode before a run.
- You are solely responsible for choosing an appropriate target (for example a staging environment or a dedicated test account) and for all effects of the tests you initiate.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and with the terms and acceptable-use policies of the sites you test.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of sites or systems you submit without proper authorization, or from your misuse of the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to: test systems without authorization; attack, overload, or disrupt third parties; circumvent security for malicious purposes; violate any law; or attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the Service.
5. Billing
- Prepaid credits. The Service is billed per test run from a prepaid credit balance you purchase in advance. Purchases are one-time payments processed by our payment provider; credits do not expire.
- Per-run price. Each completed run costs a flat $7, the same whether or not the site tests logged-in pages. The price is deducted from your balance when a run is started.
- Refunds for incomplete runs. If a run cannot be completed and produces no report, the credit for that run is automatically returned to your balance. Purchased credits are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.
- Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the sites you test and the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to access, process, and store that content solely to provide the Service (including processing by third-party AI subprocessors as described in our Privacy Policy).
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by LogicTree, Inc. and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Automated testing is not exhaustive: we do not warrant that the Service will find every bug, vulnerability, or issue, or that reports are complete or error-free. You should not rely on the Service as your sole means of quality assurance or security testing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicTree, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except where prohibited by applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
