This Privacy Policy explains how MyAIQA (“MyAIQA”, “we”, “us”), a product of LogicTree, Inc., collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and the MyAIQA service (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Billing information. Payments for prepaid credits are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details; we retain limited records such as your credit balance and a history of purchases and per-run charges.
• Project data. The website and application URLs you submit for testing, and any app overview, notes, or custom checks you provide.
• Test credentials. If you choose to test logged-in pages, the test-account username, password, and login URL you provide. Passwords are stored encrypted and are used only to sign in to the site you specified.
• Testing results. Pages, content, network responses, and screenshots captured from the sites you ask us to test, along with the reports we generate.
• Usage and device data. Log data, IP address, browser type, and cookies used to keep you signed in and to operate the Service.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service — crawling the sites you submit, running tests, and producing reports.
• To process your credit purchases and charge for the runs you initiate.
• To provide support, respond to requests, and send service-related communications.
• To secure, monitor, debug, and improve the Service.

3. AI processing

To analyze your pages and generate reports, content from the sites you submit is processed by automated systems, including third-party AI service providers acting as our subprocessors. These providers process the content to return analysis to us and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers / subprocessors who help us operate the Service — for example our payment processor, cloud hosting provider, and third-party AI providers — under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MyAIQA, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Your test-account credentials

Credentials you provide for logged-in testing are encrypted at rest and used solely to authenticate to the site you designated for that project. You may remove them at any time by clearing them in the project’s “What to test” settings; deleting a project also removes them.

6. Data retention

We retain account, project, and report data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete a project (removing its reports, saved suite, and credentials) or request account deletion at any time. We may retain limited records as required for legal, tax, or security purposes.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive credentials and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

9. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. International users

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
